Hello! My name is Aimée Dale-Lucius. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I am passionate about helping clients have healthier relationships with themselves and others. My primary focus is supporting clients who have experienced relational trauma, in rediscovering and rebuilding their sense of self. I work with individuals and children over the age of 10. I also work with couples in all stages of their relationship, from pre-marital to post divorce.
I am trauma-informed, person-centered and cognitively oriented. I am trained in DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, CRAFT and I am a Level Two PACT trained couples therapist.
My approach to goal setting is to follow my client's lead and help them clarify and get specific about their goals. It is not for me to decide what a clients goals should be, it is only for the client to decide and for me to support them on the path to attaining their goal.
