During the course of our lives we experience many joys and hardships, and along with them the full range of human emotions. Each moment and feeling is an opportunity to better understand self, other, and the world. Your painful feelings may be signals that old wounds need to be acknowledged or that your truth is not being lived fully. If you are currently struggling to cope with life challenges, feeling unfulfilled or seeking personal growth, the therapeutic relationship can provide an open and nonjudgmental atmosphere to explore the body and mind in a safe, comfortable space.
I work with adults and couples impacted by childhood trauma, intrusive thoughts, anxiety and panic, relationship issues, codependency, identity confusion, low self esteem, and grief/loss. I believe therapy is useful for everyone, whether you are struggling to cope with general life stressors or want to work on becoming your best self.
I discovered early in my career that traditional talk therapy doesn’t work best for everyone. I draw on ancient practices, Eastern medicine and evidence-based research to awaken your innate healing potential. If you’re ready to try something different from traditional psychotherapy, I may be a great fit for you!

Groups
Codependency and Adult Attachment

Do you struggle feeling “needy,” insecure, and resentful in relationships? Or perhaps you are accused of being distant and find yourself shutting down or running away when your partner becomes “demanding.” If so, you are not alone. The “Demand-Withdrawal Pattern”, or “Anxious-Avoidant Trap” is the most common relationship concern my clients bring to session. Join us every other Sunday to somatically explore this dynamic, understand the role you are playing, and discover how to cultivate a more fulfilling bond in your relationship. Group meets via Zoom. Closed group- interview required.
