Sometimes things start to feel like a lot — even everyday parts of life. It can help to have a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. I work with adults, including older adults, experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress and difficult life changes. Together, we'll focus on practical coping skills while making sense of what you’re experiencing, so life feels more manageable. I provide secure telehealth therapy to adults across Iowa and Nebraska, so you can access care from the comfort of your own home. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
I use cognitive-behavioral, relational, and insight-oriented approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs. Therapy is collaborative, guided by your goals, and grounded in a trauma-informed approach. You'll have space to slow down, reflect, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change—one step at a time, with support every step of the way.
