Sometimes things start to feel like a lot — even everyday parts of life. It can help to have a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress and difficult life changes. Together, we'll focus on practical coping skills while making sense of what you’re experiencing, so life begins to feel more manageable. With extensive telehealth experience throughout Iowa and Nebraska, I support adults across both states, including those in rural communities where mental health services can be limited. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
I use cognitive-behavioral, relational, and insight-oriented approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs. Therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and guided by your goals. You'll have space to slow down, reflect, and gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change—one step at a time, with support every step of the way.
