My approach to therapy merges the explorative nature of narrative therapy with somatic interventions. Areas of focus include: self-esteem, life transitions, the quest for purpose, grief and loss, anxiety, existing in-between cultures, feeling "out of place," spiritual and psychedelic experiences, and dating/relationships.
