Welcome! I am glad you have landed on my page! In my practice I work with clients who are interested in processing trauma and having a deeper relationship with themselves. I specifically work with clients who have experienced childhood or developmental traumas. I have a passion for working with the neurodivergent community (ADHD, Autistic or PDA clients) and providing a safe space for processing trauma from a neurodivergent affirming lens. As a neurodivergent person myself, and the parent of neurodivergent children, I have a deep passion for creating a safe space for all neuro-types and finding a type of therapy that fits you.

In trauma therapy, I work from an IFS lens, which means we will identify and understand different parts of yourself and gain more compassion and understanding for every part. Symptoms are survival strategies and together we can understand the deeper "why" and approach change from a gentle place.

Alongside my work with trauma and neurodiversity, I also deeply enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community and AAPI clients. I practice in-person in Golden Hill and virtually. This is a modality that helps you to understand yourself better through looking at 'parts' of self. Every "symptom" has a functional purpose, and we first have to understand the purpose and connect to it before we can make change happen.
