Change is rarely easy. We live in a complex, dynamic world that is ever changing, and the stress it brings affects each of us differently. Dealing with anxiety, depressed mood, difficulty sleeping or struggles in work, relationships and activities, no one has to go it alone to find a path towards healthier and happier.
Through an attachment lens, based on Attachment Theory, I use evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support you to set and meet your treatment goals. This includes CBT for Insomnia, which research shows to be more effective than medication.
