About
The way you tell your story to yourself matters. - Amy Cuddy We each have a story to tell and that story creates how we see ourselves, how we interact with the world around us, and how we manage the challenges life places in front of us. I approach therapy from the viewpoint that our personal story matters and we can change and shape our story through the therapeutic process.
I've been in the field for over 12 years, working with a variety of age ranges. I love to support clients in navigating treatment needs, specializing in chronic illness, trauma, and anxiety. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, multiple Cognitive Behavioral approaches, Trauma Art Narrative Therapy, and other Evidence Based practices.
I utilize an eclectic approach to shape the therapeutic process to the client's needs in order to maximize the experience and help you create your own narrative. I'd love to help support you in reaching your goals and shaping your life in a way that enables you to find happiness and healthiness.
