I specialize in trauma for individuals and couples therapy. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, supportive, compassionate, and safe environment where you can explore your strengths and obstacles, rewrite old narratives. My work is attuned to each client(s) circumstances. I meet you where you are and let you be you. And maybe sprinkle a little humor too ;)
My approach is integrative and unique to every individual or couple. Each client is unique from their personality to their culture and experiences. I work with clients who have suffered trauma with symptoms such as depression, anxiety or other mood disorders. In couples working on communication, cultural differences, parenting, sex therapy or infidelity.
