I work with children who have big feelings, ADHD, anxiety, or learning challenges—and parents who just want to see their child happy and thriving. If your child feels easily frustrated, misunderstood, or discouraged, you’re not alone. Many parents I meet want their child to feel confident, calm, and capable but aren’t sure how to get there. In our work together, I create a safe and playful space for kids to share, learn coping tools, and build confidence—while also supporting you as a parent so your whole family feels more connected and empowered.
If you’ve been carrying it all and feel overwhelmed, you don’t have to do it alone. I support parents and children with a safe space to breathe, release, and grow. Through play therapy and a nurturing, strengths-based approach, I help kids and parents manage big feelings, reduce stress, and feel more like themselves again.

Focus & Friendship: ADHD Skills Summer Program
This small-group summer program helps children ages 6–11 build focus, confidence, and social skills in a supportive, engaging environment. Led by a Licensed Professional Counselor and a team of experienced therapists and coaches, children learn practical tools for managing emotions, improving attention, and connecting with peers. Through guided, play-based activities, kids practice real-life skills they can use at home and school. ? July 13–17 | ? 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM | ? Extended day available Best for children who struggle with focus, big emotions, or friendships. Enrollment is limited and spots are filling quickly.
