If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed, then I hope to help you find a sense of peace. I tend to work with people who feel inundated by stress, have difficulty relaxing, and are pushed to their limits. I specialize in trauma, and have experience working with various concerns including PTSD, anxiety and depression, anger, grief, substance misuse, self-esteem, and existential crises. I generally work with adults, and may see older adolescents on a case by case basis. I offer Counseling, Music Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).
I can help you to process and regulate complex emotions, access and express deeper thoughts, and to begin resolving tendencies that no longer benefit you. I can teach you skills to remain calm and explore options to move towards a more purposeful life.
