Welcome! Les doy la bienvenida. Are you a young adult navigating the challenges of living in a gender nonconforming or sexually expansive body? Have you struggled to find a therapist with lived experiences in these identities? Or are you the loved one of an LGBTQ+ person on your own journey of understanding? As a queer, mixed-race, Latina therapist, I aim to create a warm and affirming space where clients can bring their whole selves to find healing, growth, and empowerment. I am passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ community, Latinx, mixed and BIPOC folks, and young people grappling with life transitions, identity and culture.
Bringing curiosity, humor, and creativity into the therapeutic space, I support clients in making meaningful change and deepening relationships. I strive to cultivate a safe space where clients are free to share, explore, and process. As a client in my practice, you will have the opportunity to heal relational wounds, cultivate self-compassion, and find joy.
Through my work at Bountiful Wellness Psychotherapy Inc., I provide compassionate in-person and telehealth services for individuals, families, and relationships.
