Hello! My name is Aidan and I have a strong desire to help support young adults and student-athletes with their mental health. I am certified in Brain Spotting and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which equips me to work effectively with trauma, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics. I also have a particular passion for working with teens on the autism spectrum, helping them build confidence, improve communication, and develop tools to thrive socially and emotionally. I also have a significant background working with eating disorders and anxiety. As a therapist, I see the counseling process as a journey walked together.
