I draw from a CBT approach combined with a wide variety of counseling theories and modalities, which are result-driven and research-based, highly efficient in treating variety of issues. My style of work is collaborative, compassionate and interactive. I specialize in treating Individuals and in Couples' treatment using Gottman & EFT result driven methods.
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, supportive, safe and collaborative environment, where I will guide you to explore alternative ways of coping with your life's challenges and relationships issues, teach you great tools and skills to use long after the therapy is over, so that you can experience a more fulfilling, more balanced and relatively stress free life.
