Hello, I'm Aida, a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health and social services field. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with adults and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds, which has enriched my understanding and approach to therapy. My extensive experience includes treating clients dealing with depression, trauma, anxiety, multicultural and acculturation issues, stress management, life transitions, sleep disorders, parenting skills, and family issues.
