I am Aida Flores Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have over 15 years of clinical experience working with different ages and ethnic groups addressing issues from anxiety, depression, interpersonal, self-esteem issues, stress at work and at home, and other sensitive issues people are currently dealing with at the present time. I enjoy working with clients who have a sense of insecurity, feelings of inadequate self-esteem, thoughts of ongoing self-doubts and lack of decision-making.
I have always been attracted to people in general, primarily people from different cultures and different personalities. I love to help people reach their potential, succeed in their accomplishments, and become a better human being.
I usually set a treatment plan along with the client and set realistic goals that can be accomplished and give a sense of making progress on the client's objectives and needs.
