I am a bilingual English/Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with diverse populations. I had the opportunity to train and practice in Mexico, Canada, and currently in California, USA. This has given me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients from many different cultural backgrounds and with a wide variety of lived experiences.
I have an eclectic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapeutic approach. I utilize different evidence-based practices such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, just to mention a few.
