I specialize in working with adults (18+) who are experiencing issues related to trauma and PTSD, substance use, depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, life transitions and stress management. Often people seek treatment when they notice that they are living a life that is not consistent with their personal values. My mission is to help you find ways to work through some of the struggles you are experiencing so that you start living life according to those personal values and in turn to feel more positively about yourself. I will work with you to form a treatment plan that best suits your personal values and life goals.
I am trained in several evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Seeking Safety, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivation Interviewing (MI).
I easily establish a strong working relationship with my clients, and truly care about each person with whom I work. I am passionate about assisting people work on the changes they want to make in their lives.
