Using evidence-based treatments including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I provide trauma-informed therapy to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, strengthen relationships, and create lasting emotional healing.

I draw on evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These methods can help reduce distress, shift unhelpful patterns, and support the mind and body in processing trauma.
