It is my passion to empower my clients to thrive throughout their lives. My practice is built upon trust and an open and welcoming environment for my clients, where they truly feel heard and supported. I am specifically enthusiastic about employing all aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), especially exposure therapy. I have comprehensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and am eager to utilize DBT with my clients.
As someone who has worked closely with survivors of domestic violence and unhealthy relationships, I am prepared to work with you to receive what you need in your relationship without any judgment. I am also very passionate about creating healthy relationships with food as well as health and nutrition from a CBT perspective.
My goal is to introduce my clients to the skills and tools they need in order to be most successful on their own. If you're interested in working on your anxiety, OCD, phobia, relationship issues, depression, self-esteem, and life stressors,I invite you to take this next step in gaining control back in your life. I'm looking forward to working together!
