Life can be challenging, but you are not alone. You already made the first step, and I am here to guide you through the rest. One way is to separate myself from the societal restrictions, starting with my availability. The average person works M-F 8-5; but all of the resources one needs are also only available during those hours. Not everyone has the freedom to work around such restrictions. I decided I would not make it more difficult to get help. I offer early mornings, later evenings and some weekends too. Together, we can align ourselves and schedules around those traditional restrictions.
I offer one-on-one sessions along with groups and couples too. For those that are concerned about the financial component, find that group sessions are a reasonable substitute for individual sessions. If you are unsure of your career path, I offer career assessments too.
You are not in this world alone, so no need to struggle in silence. I am here for you. I genuinely care about people and that is why I offer early morning, evening and weekend options. Time will never be an excuse you need in order to get the assistance you require.
