I am grateful for the ability to share my passion for helping others as they navigate the difficulties that life can bring. I am not a stranger to challenging times and in the same way that I have learned to work through these difficulties, I want to help you do the same in your own way. Whether you are in a transition, a challenging relationship, feeling depressed, or just needing to talk to someone to get clarity in your life; I am here to help. As a bicultural and bilingual therapist I am able to provide culturally relevant services in Spanish as well.
I have over a decade of experience working with families, youth and children in an outpatient setting helping them with varied challenges such as: depression, anxiety, trauma, co-parenting, and behavioral challenges. I approach treatment with varied modalities to suit the needs of the individuals I work with.
I strongly believe that our thoughts directly impact our mood and actions, but understand that trauma and adverse experiences of childhood have an impact beyond the cognitive. Together we can work to find the best fit approach to reach a better understanding of yourself that can lead to an improved quality of life and confidence to be perfectly imperfect.
