I am a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, and I have also completed levels 1, 2, and 3. Additionally, I have advanced training in somatic modalities, including Focusing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (levels 1 and 2). I also completed the Polyvagal Institute's certificate course and the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model for Trauma and Addictions.
