I work with couples and individuals and help my clients address relationship struggles. Whether it is your social, family, romantic or sexual relationships I am here to help. I am passionate about helping my clients build strong connections, intimacy and navigate interactions with others to feel empowered and satisfied in relationships to self and others.
You can count that each session with me will help you understand yourself and unravel the knots in your relationships that cause anger, annoyance or sadness. We will work together individually or with those close to you to discover what is causing the unhelpful patterns and will take steps to interrupt or find new ways of interacting with others.
Humans are social creatures and relationships help us thrive but the complexities of human experience makes this at times hard.
