My approach to therapy is about collaboration, support, and putting you, the client, at the center of our work together. I believe that everyone’s journey is unique, and I’m here to help you find the most effective and personalized path to your well-being. Integrative therapy is my jam – I draw from various therapeutic and evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Brainspotting modality.
Some of my specialties include working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and LGBTQIA+ related issues, and addressing them at the root level. I'm currently working with teens and adults.
