My aim is to create a safe space and meaningful connection to help my clients better understand themselves and build lasting change.
I have many years of experience in the social work field and my specialties are relationship and attachment work, neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming care. Other areas of focus are college mental health, anxiety and depression, addiction, sexual trauma, parenting and PTSD.
I believe that good therapy has the power to go beyond symptom reduction.
Healing and growth happen with a greater understanding of your internal experience and a journey of unpacking, grieving, letting go. I am trained in EMDR and have recent training in emotionally focused individual therapy (EFIT).
