I am a licensed, board certified psychologist with specialized training in application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to adolescents and adults with anxiety and mood disorders. I am also the director of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program, where I provide individual DBT and group skills training for individuals struggling with borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, non-suicidal self-injury, mood disorders, trauma and substance abuse. I believe that present-moment awareness and a nonjudgmental stance are foundations for growth, and I work alongside my clients to build a life worth living.
I specialize in supporting individuals who experience intense emotions and the challenges that can come with them. I help people build skills for resilience, flexibility, and fulfillment in their daily lives. My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, as we engage together in meaningful, goal-directed work.
