Originally from Lithuania, I have lived here for over 30 years. My life has been shaped by a variety of experiences: adjusting to life in a foreign country, working for large corporations, raising children, and making a career change later in life. These experiences have given me a unique understanding and empathy for those navigating personal transitions.
