Sometimes our bodies and nervous systems need a different approach to healing than traditional talk therapy. This is especially true if we've experienced trauma or are breaking the cycle of generational trauma.
I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, with extensive training in somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, as well as EMDR therapy.
