Our Sessions will provide a safe place to be vulnerable, discover your strength, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and freedom. I focus on Mind, Body & Environmental transformation.  Our sessions may include EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Family Systems Therapy, Gottman Therapy, Positive Parenting, Narrative Therapy, and Life Coaching skills as needed.
