Relationships can get tricky at times, and when it becomes too difficult to figure out how to resolve it, seeing a professional trained to help couples and families can be very helpful. Trauma from our past can also affect present romantic, platonic and/or professional relationships. I believe that I am the counselor to help you address those issues and/or concerns if you are ready. It is important for me to let you to know that I will never force an issue to be discussed that you do not feel comfortable discussing.
I enjoy working with couples and families. I believe that a strong family foundation creates the right path for success in life because those are the first interactions and relationships that we witness and experience as children.
I provide a safe space and the opportunity to help you have the difficult conversations needed to change and improve your relationships. Individual counseling can still be helpful when others are not ready for this step, and I provide that as well. Give me a call if you need help getting things back on track.
