Hi lovely people! I am a Black/Haitian, mixed-race trans* person. I am a UTI/vulvo-vaginal therapist, PCOS specialist, and spirit exfoliator! UTI or vulvo-vaginal disorder bringing you distress and anxiety? Scared to have sex? Navigating a chronic illness that is affecting you and your relationships? Painful touch? Pelvic pain? Painful Masturbation? I'm here to support you in finding sanctuary inside your body, finding ease in your body, and finding tools towards a pain-free life.
I offer intimate modalities like The Sacred Enneagram, Heart Wound Healing, and Psychic Mind Mapping. In my practice, I offer a special container for BIPOC, Queer, disabled, and chronically-ill folx. I have extensive experience working with PCOS, vulvo-vaginal disorders, Interstitial Cystitis. I honor you and know what it is like to live in a body in pain.
I believe each client is the expert of their own story and narrative, and that psychotherapy exists to center, support, and illuminate that narrative. I am thrilled you are here and welcome you with the deepest smile.

Sabrina Sarro's Groups

Black Folx Deserve a Space to Breathe

Do you hunger for a space to affirm your whole self, decompress in light of the recent Black murders, and speak about ways to maintain your mental health during this time of intense grieving, mourning, and outrage? This VIRTUAL group is FREE and will only be centered around Black-identified folx - it will be a way for individuals to check-in with themselves and other Black folx regarding what has been showing up for them, and it will also offer ways to work on centering/finding Black joy during this time of anger and to move forward with resilience.

Led through free-forum style dialogue and discussion, this support space will be a place to speak through how you are navigating life in your body, share and make connections with other TGNC*+ identified folx, and co-create a container of healing and visibility alongside other persons. This VIRTUAL group has sliding scale rates of $15-$50 per session for all participants.

Black Power On the Page

It is extraordinarily hard for Black folx to come together and write in peace. Too often, our creative processes are hijacked by whiteness, colorism, and microaggressions. In Black Power On the Page, ONLY Black-identified folx will come together to write their abundance and will connect over experiences, identities, and strengths. Led by Sabrina Sarro, a Black/Haitian mixed-race psychotherapist and MFA candidate, this VIRTUAL group will provide an intersectional syllabi comprised of Black excellence, ushering queer, dark-skinned, disabled Black writers to the front. Join us for a summer of Black heart, Black resiliency, and Black voice!
