I have been in practice for over 25 years seeing individuals and couples. During the initial consultation, we will talk about the concerns that bring you to consult with a mental health professional. We will discuss the history of your concern. Once I understand the issues presented I will make a recommendation of how to proceed.
My practice style is a combination of insight and goal oriented treatment that is aimed at helping you understand some of the inner conflicts that have negatively interfered in accessing your strengths to reach your life goals.
