We serve caregivers, employers, and educators of individuals with neurodiverse needs through evidence-based coaching and training. My specific area of expertise is in helping parents meet the unique needs of their children through evidence-based practices that put the needs of their learners first. I have over 12 years of experience in the field of special education, and behavior analysis and utilize knowledge of the science, and lived experiences as a black woman with ASD and ADHD to help individuals navigate the needs of their loved ones. Additionally, I am postpartum doula.
I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and doula offering caregiver training, ABA services, and consultation of parents, educators, providers and employers interested in providing neurodiversity affirmative care for an infant, child, adolescents or adults. While not a diagnosing provider, I refer to psychologists who can help obtain one if needed.
Please reach out if you are having trouble teaching your learner new, functional and age-appropriate skills, managing harmful behaviors, or you just need parent coaching on how to handle situations as they arise with your child. My coaching also includes helping you navigate support after diagnosis as that can be a stressful time for caregivers.

With so many books, blogs, family and medical opinions, parenting a child with a diagnosis can be overwhelming.
