I am an experienced therapist with years of experience in psychotherapy and counseling to children, teens and adults. My services include assessment using motivational interviewing, clinical testing and outcome measure survey to help you measure your progress. I strive to help you get result within a short time by ensuring that I understand your problems and your needs. I use solution focus and cognitive behavior therapy techniques to explore concrete issues, and to guide you in resolving them. I provide a therapeutic environment that is confidential, and where individual can communicate openly and honestly about their feelings.
