My work focuses on supporting people through addiction and co-occurring challenges, anger management, ADHD, social anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I also like to incorporate mindfulness, body-based (somatic) practices, parts work, and nature-based therapy when it feels helpful and supportive for you.
