I have over 25 years of mental health and addiction treatment experience. My goal is to make each person comfortable in their life, be who they are, to feel confident and live a fulfilled life. I work with adults who struggle with relational challenges both with themselves and others which often results in symptoms of depression, anxiety, shame and more. I work with couples struggling with relationship issues including the impact having a baby has on a relationship, parenting challenges and healthy communication. Other treatment specialties include substance abuse, relational trauma, emotional regulation, and suicidality.

My first priority is to strive to respond in a healing manner to the unique human being in front of me, which means that I am flexible as to how I work with each individual and avoid following any set of rigid guidelines. I have a special interest and place in my heart for working with individuals struggling with PTSD and other anxiety disorders, as well as depression. Amanda L. Harmon, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor. She graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a MA in Counseling, specializing in the fields of mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy. Amanda is a certified Mental Health Specialist and Child Mental Health Specialist, and has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on Trauma Focused-CBT and childhood traumatic grief through Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress.

Nancy Heilman, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with over twenty-five years of experience working with children, teens, and families. Clinical treatment methods have included family therapy and parenting skills training, individual therapy for children and adolescents utilizing cognitive-behavioral interventions and skills-training.Specialties include anxiety and adjustment disorders, brain injury, neuro-developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and chronic and terminal illness. Her clinical approach is primarily evidenced based, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, developmental, and neuro-biological in nature.

Angela Lujan, LMHC, CMHS, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Child Mental Health Specialist. Angela has worked over the last several years with children/teens/young adults and their families, helping navigate relational hardships and conflicts. Angela is particularly drawn to working with youth and adults who struggle with interpersonal relationships, bullying, self-image issues, anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief and loss, trauma, learning disabilities, behavioral disorders, concerns with school performance, and various other emotional and behavioral challenges.

We all have an innate ability to heal, and healing often begins once we learn to acknowledge all aspects of ourselves with compassion and understanding, including parts of ourselves we consider unwanted or unacceptable. I will hold respectful space for all of your feelings and help you develop tools and somatic (body) awareness, so that you have an easier time moving through anxiety, pain and confusion, and resolving trauma (any experience that has "hijacked" our emotions or altered the response of our nervous system), so that you can find fulfillment in your life and relationships.
