I have been a licensed psychologist for more than 25 years, and am certified in hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I have expertise in anxiety disorders, depression, trauma related disorders, and treatment of chronic pain. I utilize an active, solution oriented approach to therapy, which can include behavioral management, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and hypnosis.
