Women's Meditation and Reiki Group
Facilitated by Jeanine Goldsmith, LCSW-R, Usui Reiki Master. After creating a safe, healing space, participants will learn to use somatic awareness exercises to gently transition to a guided meditation. Reiki will be incoroporated into the sessions for anyone wishing to receive a minute or two of this Ancient Japanese energy healing technique to enhance their relaxation/healing experience. Additional relaxation, stress reduction or energy techniques may also be introduced depending on the focus of the session. Advance registration and payment required. Exchange is $28 per session. Weekly attendance is NOT required. This group is open to the community.
