This quote encapsulates my sensitive, inviting, and unique approach to psychotherapy. I work with a variety of patients; my specialties are two-fold: therapy for young and emerging adults through a wide range of presenting issues, as well as therapy for psychotherapists, and other helping professionals. Together we will explore, leaving you with a better understanding of yourself.
I work primarily through a relational-psychodynamic lens, while incorporating other modalities as appropriate. I will meet you exactly where you are. My clinical training was at Columbia University. Since, I've worked in several clinical settings, and now see patients, supervise, and teach therapists as the Assistant Director of South Shore Counseling.
Together, we'll find the approach that works for you. Patients often describe me and my style of therapy as "warm, empathetic, different, and personal."
