This wellness checklist can be applied to individual growth and healing, and to couples in marriage counseling, pre-marital, or relationship counseling as well. During this process, counseling addresses the symptoms, while therapy addresses the causes.
Every couple really needs a relationship plan to help them maintain their relationship on a daily basis by making sure it has all the nutrients and healthy communication it needs, while protecting it from anger and all the other toxins that are damaging to it.
