I am specialized in trauma therapy and work with PTSD, stress, depression, dissociation and general anxiety disorders. I offer EMDR, brainspotting, accelerated resolution therapy (ART) for anxiety and trauma. I am also trained in Gottman Method for couples counseling if you are having relationship issues. This is the gold standard for couples counseling.
I teach practical skills to help you deal with depression, stress, anxiety and relationships.
