As a culturally sensitive Couple and Family Therapist, I can help you navigate these struggles, and support you through the process. I understand that embarking on a journey of therapy can seem daunting, which is why I am here to take the drive with you. During your therapy journey, you will have control of the steering wheel but will have the full support of myself in the passenger seat beside you. Together we can embark on a journey that can create a healthier you.
I am trained in relational, and systemic therapy. I have experience helping couples, and individuals with concerns that consist of anxiety, life transitions, relationship conflict, and sexual/ intimacy concerns. My particular interest lies in working with BIPOC couples with communication and sexual concerns, as well as with women of color affected by stress.
During our sessions, I will utilize strength and evidence-based therapy techniques, in order to best meet you where you are in your journey. I take pride in creating a safe space for my clients to feel comfortable with sharing intimate details about themselves. Let's take this journey together!
