As your therapist, my goal is to create a nonjudgmental environment that provides compassion, encouragement, and ultimately the support you need to begin the healing process.
I work well with adolescents and adults using a variety of evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and other trauma-focused therapies. Everyone heals differently and at their own speed. I want to work together to create a relationship and environment that will be the most beneficial to meet your needs.
