You can create the life you want, and we can make that happen together! Humans don’t exist in a vacuum; we all need support, encouragement, and a nonjudgmental listener. That’s the foundation of our work together. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, welcoming environment for you to foster growth and healing.

I specialize in trauma and related issues with clients 12 and older. I utilize Attachment Theory and EMDR, an evidence-based practice, in conjunction with person-centered approaches to provide you with custom treatment to get you where you want to be. I am accepting of people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and non-heteronormative lifestyles.
