As your therapist, my intention is to help you identify changes you'd like to make; collaborate with you in setting realistic, achievable goals for yourself; teach you to incorporate coping skills to ease through transitions; desensitize unprocessed trauma; and fully support you while we walk this journey together. Your comfort is my priority, and I offer compassion and understanding without judgment.
I have experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, self-esteem, trauma and many other concerns faced during life's adventures. I am a trained EMDR therapist, and I'm law enforcement- and military-friendly.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and holistic, meaning your treatment is tailored to fit your needs, and I treat more than just symptoms. We will also assess your physical health, which can very much impact your mental health.
