I have had the opportunity to teach mindfulness techniques to cadets at the United States Air Force Academy, led outdoor experiential-based meditation groups and taught mindfulness series to adults. My mindfullness-based and IFS-informed therapeutic perspectives foster a safe yet productive setting while handing the responsibility of change to the client.
