Faith based counseling available. Currently I exclusively offer tele-counseling for clients in Arizona and Virginia.
I have specialized post-graduate training that gently and safely moves individuals through stress related problems, disorders or illnesses. This is especially helpful for problems related to anxiety, stress, pain and trauma. I also have deeply personal experience helping individuals and families faced with loss, cancer or other life threatening illnesses.
In addition, I specialize in women's loss issues such as miscarriages, still born baby, postpartum depression, infertility, cancer, menopause, relationship and parenting problems; and I love working with couples, families, individuals or caregivers who need help coping with medical issues, such as cancer, surgeries, auto-immune disorders, or chronic fatigue.
