I have a passion for helping individuals become "unstuck", and identify healthy ways of living. I have extensive experience working with individuals with behavioral, emotional, and substance abuse issues. Are you struggling with relationships or emotional regulation? I can help! I use a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, and have completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and hold a Clinical Trauma Professional certificate (CCTP).
Acting out or unstable mood or behavior can be a communication of an unmet need, or a response to trauma or stress.
