We will use trauma informed approaches to reduce these symptoms so you can live the life you deserve. My approach is integrated, combining modalities from eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), structural dissociation and cognitive behavioral therapy.
My goal is to provide you a collaborative, calm, and confidential environment so healing can begin. People have great potential to modify behavior, emotional and mental capacity.
