I help individuals, couples and families to identify dysfunctional patterns then provide tools to establish new patterns that help create healthier relationships and deepen intimacy. For couples therapy, I utilize an advanced couples therapy approach called EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) which significantly helps the couple to increase and/or establish a securely attached relationship bond.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have been practicing for over 25 years in many diverse settings/issues including: marital, premarital, and family counseling, anxiety, depression, eating disorders (inpatient and outpatient settings) abuse/trauma, self-harm, anger, substance abuse/addictions, and domestic violence.
Because it can be a challenge to find the right therapist, I offer the initial 15-30 minute office consultation for free. I have found that the human spirit is extremely resilient and I am confident that working together we can get you on your right path.
